I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded an A4 card. I attached background paper Cream Wedding Paisley backing paper, cUp 4719, to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the design to the card also using double sided tape.
