printed onto Gloss Photo paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a White 8 inch Card. Foam Pads were used to attach the Decoupage. A cream colored Bow was stuck to the top of the card.

I put dabs of Crystal Glitter on the Roses and small Pearls on the sentiment. A Beautiful Design,
