I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted muted design on dress with star dust stickles, added card candy to corners, gems to corners of frame and finished with white organza ribbonbow.

A beautiful design.
