Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I added a paper bow (cup548815_2013) to the top corner.
There is a matching insert to this card (cup539767_1952) which I have placed inside using d/s tape.
