Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and attached main element, to a white embossed Matte. I then used DST to attach the Topper to a Black textured card. I stuck 2 crystal hearts on the two top corners of the card.

I stuck the sentiment to the top of card and stuck 2 hearts on each end. I then used foam pads to add Decoupage. I put some small crystals on the veil, and in the middle of the flowers. This is a lovely design, enjoyable to make up.
