Printed onto Crafty Bob Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach main Topper to a light purple card. I used foam pads to build the Decoupage. I used crystals and purple bling on flowers, and the Bow.

I then used Sparkle stick on edging around the edge of the card. This is a beautiful design and makes up well.
