used an 8 x 8 scalloped card. used a gold mat card and an embossed card for first mat and layer attach to card with wet glue, Then used a square die to make a mat and layer to put topper on.Did decoupage with silicon glue,then attach to card with sticky fixers.Embellishments used are organza ribbon and a pearl hat pin though bow .Also used mulberry flowers some gems and crystal pearl drops to make pearls round oval.And put two wedding rings on ribbon.
