I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added scalloped topper with foam pads and finished with silver peel-offs round card, pearl and ribbon spray to top inner corner, pearl hearts to opposite corners and pink and crystal stickles glitter glue to veil and hearts.
A great design.
