Fan with Wedding RingsCompleted by Ruth Walters

I printed the sheet onto gloss photo paper, I then cut out and mounted the main image onto a silver shimmer card blank,adding a peel off swirly border around the edge.I decoupaged the fan,rings etc.I finished the card by adding a greeting at the bottom.
