Beautiful Wedding Wishes with Roses Completed by Giselle Topper

After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements - I adhered the base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's Scalloped edge card base with DST.

I then added the decourpage elements with foam tape.

Needing very little further embellishment, I just added Stickles Diamond to the bell chimes and Bisque Liquid Pearl dots to every second pearl around the border.
