I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut all the pieces out. I mounted the base image onto black paper.
I cut a piece of pink paper and cut it to 17.5cm x 17.5cm, mounted it onto black paper and then onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank, I attached the base image onto the card, then used 1mm foam pads to add all the decoupage elements.
