I punched around the edge of a piece of vellun and fixed it to a 10" x 7" cream card, then mounted the topper on to silver mirri and using foam pads added it to the card.

Then I layered the decoupage, added a satin ribbon and bow to the bottom of the card and added an organsa bow and rose, then finished off with some gems.
