On Your Special DayCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto photo paper. After cutting out all elements, I stuck Topper to shiny pink paper slightly larger than front, using DST attached to a pearl white card.

Used foam pads to build decoupage.

I used Diamond glitter in glasses and found a stick on ring in craft box, I stuck it to the sentiment and made it into an engagement card.

A very versatile design.
