To Special People

I printed 2 of the images onto an A4 sheet of 200gsm CUP photo paper.

I matted the base layer onto gold holo card, added a pink feather and used foam tape to mount it to the base card which is an 8x8 card blank covered with a CUP backing paper.

I tookt he 2nd layer and cut out a border from the left side of the image, then i cut round the glasses and flowers.

I decoupaged both layers with foam pads & 3D glue gel. I used Tropical Tangerine, Icicle & Patina Stickles to give it some sparkle.
