Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements, and attached the Topper to a white card. Used Foam Pads to add Decoupage. I put crystal glitter on the wings of Butterflies, and used small crystals on aspects of the card. A beautiful design, and makes into a lovely card.
