Sea LifeCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. I used Foam Pads to add Decoupage. I used some Crystal Glitter on aspects of the Circle, and aspects of the Seaweed.

I think this is a great design, very easy to make up and looks really great.
