Romanticia-licious Tri-fold Card 1

Here is a tri-fold card with a fun design. Cut out the card, being sure to cut our around the heart & letters, then you make one mountain fold and one valley fold; you add the decoupage pieces and choose a sentiment tag... and there you have your Romantica-Licious card!
