Passed Driving Test Pink Girl 8x8 CardCompleted by Lynn Harvey
OccasionCongratulations / Driving Test
A5 Size Card I made for a friend when she passed her driving test.
I layered the decoupage up using foam pads and added glossy accents to the lights. The L Plate I tore a little before sticking on the card to give it the effect of being torn in half.
