Ice Blue China Teaset, on a Scalloped Envelope

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colour on the design more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my white C5 card, i then added the scalloped edge, and placed a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, including the scalloped edge, i then finished my card by making up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and i also placed a happy birthday sentiment at the top left, and three light blue pearls down the right side of the design, this is a beautiful design was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
