I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to square white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted eyes, nose and flower centres with clear glaze, added gems to greetings and bow and finished with lilac bow and silver corner and border peel-offs.

A beautiful, whimsical design.
