Glass WheelCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a Lilac card. Used Foam pads to add the Decoupage. I used DST to attach sentiment inside the card.

I put dabs of glitter on parts of the wheel, and stuck 2 silver Bows to Bottom of card. An interesting design.
