I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock - but it could also be printed onto photo paper for additional glow.

I then cut out all the elements and adhered them to the base topper with foam tape.

I used the "Happy Anniversary" sentiment tag, but mounted it atop of another tag to add dimension. I then glittzed the base topper up with Stickles Diamond through the glass to represent the bubbles in the champagne and used Gold Liquid Pearls dots to jazz up the flowers on the glasses and some dots along the flourishes to add some detail and glow.

I cut a piece of gold pearlescent cardstock to fit an A5 Crafty Bob's white card base, and adhered that with DST and added the base topper into the centre.

I love how it turned out - what a lovely design.
