I covered card stock with the background paper and cut out the pictures. I stuck the base card on to the card stock and stuck the football girl on to that. I cut out an extra football and decoupaged that on to the card.

I made a "Happy BIrthday" message and backed that with red card to match the card and stuck that on to the card.
