The sheet has been printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a navy card as my base. I mounted the baking paper onto blue mirri card. I mounted the topper onto the same blue mirri card. I used both tags which I attached with a blue organza ribbon.
I sed the border supplied and mounted it onto some of the blue mirri card to finish.
