Especially for You! Roses & Champagne

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached background paper Floral Bouquet Vellum, cUp72676_376 to the card using double sided tape.
