Cute Animal DogCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some gold glitter on the Bow. I also stuck small crystals on parts of the Design. A very cute Design.
