I resized the image to print on to half A4, to make a smaller topper. Mounted the topper on to black card, scalloped the edges, and edged the topper with black peel-offs. Placed on to a blue DL card and layered.
Added blue ribbon, knotted, blue pearls, some glitter and finished with a greeting and flower. Very pretty design, can be used for many occasions. Could even be used for a new baby boy card if mounted on white card.
