I printed the design on good quality photo paper and cut all the parts. Rounded the edges and assembled with foam pads.
The subject is put on a white scallopcard and decorated with a little glitter glue

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a silver shimmer card and used gold peel-offs to form a border around it. To finish I added a faux gem to the bow.
This is a lovely retro design that could be used in many different ways.
