Off to the Proms
A striking lady all dressed up and off to the Proms. You can use this sheet for numerous occasions. I have given you 3 different greetings and one blank for your own message. It has a matching insert on cup537830_1716

I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered them with foam pads. I added the main sheet on a black frame and a coordinate background.
I printed slightly reduced size onto matt photo paper and cut out the parts. I matted the main image at an angle on a slightly larger square of turquoise blue silky paper using DST. this I attached to a white 8x8 scalloped card with DST. I decoupaged the hat with silicone. I made and attached a pale blue organza bow and narrower bright blue satin bow to the top right corner and embellished with tiny white pearls. I added a bright blue gem to the necklace clasp and used liquid pearls for the surrounding pearls. I added a mini pearl and liquid pearls to the earring. I attached a label embellished with tiny white pearls and tiny grey gems and white pearls in all the corners.
This is a gorgeous design,that is so simple to make up and it looks stunning completed! I finished my card with the matching insert panel, cup537830_1716.
