My Best FriendCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out both elements. Using DST I attached the Topper to a white 8 inch card. Such a fun design, I used red glitter on the flowers, and gems on different parts of the card. I laminated the Bookmark.

A really enjoyed making up this design, makes into a wonderful card.
