I downloaded this stunning topper and printed onto glossy photo paper, and attached to a cream coloured card, I hand cut the decoupage pieces and attached to the base card. I then attached the matching insert to the centre of my finished card.
Approx size of card - 8 in - 20 cm includes a matching cream envelope inside a clear cellophane bag
 which I placed inside to finish the card.
