used 8x8 scalloped edge white card, printed picture on photo paper ( print 2), cut one out trim sides to fit card put orange mirror card on and place on card with d/sided tap, cut other out around plate and oblong together put on with d/side foam pads, put sentiment on put 2 stickers gold chef hats on in 2 corners, put a bit of glitter on in places.
