Laughter is the Best Medicine

I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to red card, then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment and a raffia bow. A great fun design......

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
