OccasionWhen I saw this design I immediately thought this has to be a gate fold card! I printed this image twice onto semi-glossy photo paper. I made up a gate fold card using an 8x8 scalloped edge card blank.
I covered both front flaps with gold textured card then using sheet no.1, I cut the design in half trimmed and attached to the front panels.
From sheet 2, I cut out the centre heart panel and matted onto card for stability. I made sure the heart lined up to the base sheet then for dimension I used sticky pads on half of the heart shape and added to the left hand side of the card.
To finish I decoupaged the swirly top and bottom design and added a greeting, lots gems, glitter touches and I covered the inside of the card using gold emb card.
This makes a great card for a Golden Wedding or for someone special.
