I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the sentiment. I layered it onto a black textured square card and used pink peel-offs to form a border around it.

I attached some resin dog embellishments as shown and used a few faux gems here and there to finish. This is a great design for all the dog lovers out there.
