Ornate Large Square Card Front in Ocean BlueCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this design onto a sheet of smooth decoupage paper,i then trimmed around it, and cut the center panel out,i them mounted some roses into the middle and built them up,and a few butterflies from another cup,i then put crystal glitter onto all of the swirls on the frame and the flowers.
