We're So in Love Cute Dalmation and KittyCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the base layer onto an A5 card blank using DST and built up the decoupage pieces using silicone gel.

I left this blank until I know whether I need to use Welsh or English text.
