Purple LoveCompleted by Karen Faulds

I used a white A5 portrait card and stuck a border, which I made from purple pearlescent paper and a border punch, to the top and bottom as shown.

I printed my own sentiment (in purple to match the sheet) using the Serif Craft Artist software and mounted this onto the same purple pearlescent paper leaving a small border.

I arranged the design towards the top of the card and added one decoupage layer with foam squares. (I cut loosely around the swirls and flourishes instead of trying to cut out all the white bits and it looks fine) The sentiment was stuck below using DST and finally I added a couple of the extra hearts with foam squares as shown.
