Lovable Dalmation and Kitty on Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the base layer onto an A5 card blank using DST and added the decoupage pieces using silicone gel.

I left this blank until I know whether I need Welsh or English text.
