Lots of Heart, Love Kitty in Ornate FrameCompleted by Natasha Lowe

I printed this off twice on quality photo paper to give more decoupage layers. I cut out and layered up using foam pads. I glued the picture to pink glitter card and then to my green card front.

I glued the sentiment frame to the same pink glitter card and cut out leaving an edging and glued a piece of green paper in the centre with a peel-off sentiment on it and attached to the card.

I added a pink bow and cut out a glitter pink nose and glued down. I used pink stickles glitter glue to do a stich effect around the picture and on the dress. I used other stickles glitter glues around the card in various places.
