Cute Valentine Dragon with Roses in Black Lace Frame

I printed on matte card printing the picture again. from the 2nd print i cut around the scollops and cut out the white areas in the middle. and used as the first layer using foam squares.

I finished with opal glitter on the edge of the scollops and on the white areas in the middle,red glitter on the hearts and horns. then glossy accents on the eyes.
