Cute Owl on Heart with Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. A gorgeous card for Valentines Day.
