I printed the sheet onto gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. The built up the decoupage using foam pads.

I mounted the complete topper onto an 7x7 I edged the card with fine line peel-offs and mounted onto an 7x7 card blank then added 3 heart gems and a bow gem.

Lovely and easy card to make.
