I printed out onto 220 gram photo card then mounted over the top of polka dot card using DST, decoupaged with foam pads and added card candy.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 7x7" card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption.
