All you do Is print the sheet on quality paper,cut around the outside edges, of the card topper, attach to a plain card, That you have measured for size, using your choice of DST,or other type of your choosing.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
