I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to an blue card, then on to silver mirror card and then mounted on to an a5 blue card, and finished off with a sentiment.

I printed image onto 220gsm pro paper and cut out the main onto and adhered to a silver mirror card Matt with red liner tape I then adhered this to an A4 card blank which I had covered with some road map paper with red liner tape I then added some did cut corners and borders and a Matt and layered message and some die cut numbers
