I printed onto good quality card cut out and placed onto a blue card blank using double sided tape. I built up the car image using 3d foam pads. I then added some diamond gems to the front lights to break up some of the black the gems were peeloffs.
I added the brother sentiment using 3d foam pad and added a bottle of champagne and glass using sillicon glue.
