I printed the sheet out onto photo paper, I matted the base image onto ice blue mirri & then onto silver glitter card & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
