Formula 1 Car on Blue Lightning Background DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Jones

I first matted the base image onto metallic paper and cut to leave a narrow border. This was then added to a black A5 card blank with double sided tape. the decoupage sections were fixed with silicon glue and I added some silver glitter onto parts of the lightning.

The recipients name will be added at a later date to complete the card.
