The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a printed verse inside, stickles glitter and a bow.

This is a easy card, just print and cut out the sheet then cut down the dotted lines, to separate the design, then add the scalloped part onto the top of the main topper, with foam pads.
